ElDorado National
- One (1) year/12,000 miles, whichever comes first, after the actual date of purchase by the product's original owner, any defective part subject to the items and limitations of the warranty agreement
- Five (5) years/75,000 miles, whichever comes first, after the actual date of purchase by the product's original owner, on the body structure
- Body structure is defined as all exterior "FRP honeycomb" panels and does not include any part of the automotive chassis as prepared by the automotive manufacturer. Items not considered body structure include, but are not limited to, doors, roof vents, paint, bumpers, windows, gel coat crack, interior ABS wall covering panels, and rub rails
ElDorado National requires that all repairs performed must be done at one of ElDorado's factories or an authorized service center. If this requirement would cause an undue hardship, approval may be secured from ElDorado for repair work to be done at a qualified repair station. ElDorado National retains the right under the terms of its limited warranty to void its limited warranty in the case of product failure or damages to product due to: an accident involving the vehicle, improper servicing, customer negligence, customer misuse, or by an "act of God" including, but not limited to, freezing, flooding, earthquake, or fire.
Goshen Coach
- One (1) year/12,000 miles, whichever comes first, after the actual date of purchase by the product's original owner, this product shall be free of SUBSTANTIAL DEFECTS in materials and workmanship, attributable to Warrantor, under normal use and service.
- Six (6) years/60,000 miles, whichever comes first, after the actual date of purchase by the product's original owner, this product shall be free of SUBSTANTIAL DEFECTS arising out of or relating to the structural portion of the product. The terms of this structural Warranty shall be the exact same terms as set out in Warrantor's Limited One (1) Year Warranty, except as such terms relate to the duration of coverage. This Structural Warranty is intended to only cover the performance of the steel cage structure of the product. For further information concerning such warranty, please contact Warrantor.
Goshen Coach requires that all repairs performed must be done at one of Goshen's factories or an authorized Warranty Service location. All Warranty Service must be authorized by Warrantor, in writing, prior to performance. Goshen Coach retains the right under the terms of its limited warranty to void its limited warranty in the case of product failure or damages to product due to: misuse, neglect, negligence, or accident; use of this product in a manner which is inconsistent with design intentions or inconsistent with owner's manual directions; or alterations or modifications by any party other than Warranter.
Specialty Vehicles (Trolleys)
The Specialty Vehicles Trolley consists of a body manufactured by Supreme Corporation built on a Freightliner chassis. For warranty information pertaining to the body of this particular vehicle, please refer to the Supreme Corporation (StarTrans) warranty information below.
Specialty Vehicles is an authorized distributor for several nationally-recognized manufacturers producing goods for the transportation industry. Many of the products distributed by our company are warrantied by the manufacturer. All other products have a 30-day authorized warranty return policy. A copy of each manufacturer warranty is available upon request. As a distributor, Specialty Vehicles assumes no liability for the use of any item not of our manufacture and offer no warranty, either expressed or implied, for such products. All decisions regarding the repair or replacement of any items are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Under no conditions are we, as a distributor or seller, authorized to replace a defective item prior to submitting such item to the manufacturer.
Supreme Corporation (StarTrans)
- Five (5) years/75,000 miles, from date of delivery to the original owner, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
- Main body structural components, including roof, perimeter walls, and steel floor foundations
- One (1) year from date of delivery to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
- All other covered items, as well as Supreme Corporation products, not specifically outlined as covered above
This warranty does not cover defects in chassis and/or power unit or separately-manufactured products not produced by Supreme including, but not limited to, hydraulic lift gates and hoists, refrigeration and air conditioning units, cargo holding devices, and moveable bulk heads. Supreme Corporation retains the right under the terms of its limited warranty to void its limited warranty in the case of product failure or damages to product due to deterioration resulting from normal wear and tear and exposure, repairs made necessary due to failure to follow ordinary maintenance procedures as recommended by Supreme, repairs or alterations done without Supreme's approval, on repairs made necessary by negligent use, misuse, abuse, loading the unit beyond its gross weight limitations, accident, "acts of God" including, but not limited to, freezing, flooding, earthquake, or fire, or other contingencies beyond the control of Supreme. The implied warranty of merchantability, an unwritten warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use, is limited to the one-year duration of this written warranty, or as otherwise allowed by applicable state laws.
