Braun Corporation Lifts

  • Three (3) years from purchase date by original owner
    • Wheelchair lifts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, providing the lift is installed, operated, and maintained properly and in conformity with the Braun manual
  • One (1) year from purchase date by original owner
    • Cost of labor for the repair or replacement of most parts when performed by an authorized Braun representative

This warranty commences on the date the lift is put in service, providing the warranty registration card is completed and received by the Braun Corporation within 20 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal maintenance, service, or periodic adjustments necessitated by use or wear. The Braun Corporation will not, under any circumstance, pay for loss of use of lift or vehicle in which it is installed or loss of time. This warranty will become null and void if the lift has been damaged through accident, misuse, or neglect, or if the lift has been altered in any respect.

 

Ricon Lifts

  • One (1) year
    • Repair or replace parts
    • Labor costs to repair or replace parts, including power train parts
  • Five (5) years
    • Repair or replace power train parts. A complete list of parts covered under the power train warranty may be obtained from an authorized Ricon Corporation or from an authorized Ricon dealer

Ricon Corporation disclaims liability for any personal injury or property damage that may result from operation of a lift that has been modified from the original Ricon design. No person or company is authorized to change the design of this lift without written authorization by Ricon Corporation.
